Chris Simonds

Attorney at Law

In 2006, Chris graduated from Marquette University with a Political Science degree. During his time as an undergrad, he interned for Speaker of the House Paul Ryan twice, studied international politics at the University of Westminster in London, and was a member of the college hockey team. Then, Chris obtained his law degree from the Western Michigan College of Law.

Kate Simonds

Attorney at Law

Kate provides empathetic and knowledgeable counsel to her family law clients in Arizona. In March 2021, Kate and her husband, Chris, opened Simonds Law Group, PLLC. She has an extensive background in multiple areas, from years of working as an equestrian instructor to advocating for abolishing the death penalty.

Barbara Mendoza

Paralegal

Barbara has served as a paralegal for nearly 20 years. As the managing paralegal at Simonds Law Group, PLLC, she works diligently to help our clients meet their goals and meet their needs. She obtained her degree from Phoenix College. Barbara is also fluent in Spanish.

Tina Kunka

Office Manager

Before becoming an office manager, Tina had a successful career in education. She taught 1st through 8th grade and had a passion for literacy and library science. At Simonds Law Group, PLLC, Tina serves as our main point of contact, and she is integral for positive client relations.
